Comments: I received excellent care from Dr Roberts and his team throughout. The entire process from initial consultation to 3 month check up is very carefully planned and I was impressed by the level of preparation, information and aftercare that I received. Dr Roberts himself is enthusiastic, warm and very approachable, and his team were always friendly and responsive whether in person or over the phone. Everything about the procedure itself went very smoothly. Dr Roberts called the night before to take care of any last minute worries, and was there to tell me that all had gone well when I woke up. Having been somewhat skeptical before hand, I was amazed that I was pain free and more than well enough to be driven the 80 miles home the same day. My recovery has been excellent. This was a much better experience than I had with my other hip at a major teaching hospital. I couldn’t be happier that I chose Dr Roberts for my surgery.
